STADA promotes feminist leadership by capacitating women to lead, with feminist values and ideology, to advance social justice for all. STADA believes that it is a process through which women assert their rights by continually evaluating relevant experiences, questioning their roles in society, challenging power structures, and effectively catalysing social change. It enables them to live their lives as they choose, with dignity and respect.
