STADA aims to support girls through school by advocating for retention, with a focus on marginalized women. By building on the theory that girls face a lot of obstacles in their pursuit for an education. Stawisha dada offers financial support and mentorship to girls through in school programs and advocate for better conditions to enable all girls thrive in spite of their social economic status. STADA also does menstrual hygiene programs and supply girls with sanitary towels to improve retention.
