Inclusive Education for Every Stage of Life

We provide holistic, inclusive education services that support learning from early childhood to adulthood designed for communities facing poverty, displacement or crisis.

Our Education Program Interventions

In communities facing hardship, millions of children and youth lack access to quality education. Barriers include poverty, displacement, gender inequality, and lack of resources. At STADA, we believe education is a human right and a pathway to empowerment. Our programs ensure children, youth, and adults can learn, grow, and secure brighter futures.

01

Community Libraries

We create safe, welcoming spaces where learners of all ages access books, learning materials, and quiet study environments. Libraries are stocked with age-appropriate resources and facilitated by trained staff who guide reading sessions, storytelling, workshops, and digital literacy training. They also foster community engagement and lifelong learning, especially where educational resources are scarce.

Childcare & Early Learning

Our day care centers provide early childhood care, play-based learning, nutritious meals, and hygiene support. Children develop cognitively, emotionally, and physically, even in crisis-affected communities. Inclusive practices ensure children with disabilities and from marginalized groups are fully supported.

Foundational Literacy & Numeracy

We help children develop essential reading, writing, and math skills targeting those out of school or falling behind. Programs are gender-sensitive, inclusive, and child-centered, delivered through small group instruction, play-based learning, and continuous assessment. Children gain the skills and confidence to enter or return to formal schooling successfully.

Scholarships

Our scholarships remove financial barriers for vulnerable children and youth. They cover tuition, uniforms, learning materials, and transport. Priority is given to girls, orphans, children with disabilities, and those from disadvantaged households. Recipients also receive mentorship, follow-up, and psychosocial support to ensure academic and social success.

School Feeding Programs

Hunger limits learning. Our feeding programs provide daily nutritious meals for children in day care, foundational learning, and vocational programs. Meals support healthy growth, concentration, and attendance, while also involving parents to foster community ownership.
