STADA Pads has reached a major milestone in its journey to end period poverty. We are proud to announce that STADA Pads is now officially KEBS certified, affirming our commitment to producing safe, high-quality reusable menstrual products that meet national standards. This achievement places STADA Pads among a select group of locally made brands recognized for quality, safety, and reliability.

This certification represents more than compliance. It is a reaffirmation of our belief that menstrual dignity is a right, not a privilege. Our reusable pads are designed and produced in Kenya, by and for communities that need them most, ensuring affordability, sustainability, and access.

In 2025 alone, STADA Pads has distributed over 25,000 reusable sanitary pads across Kisumu County and beyond. Each pad is more than a product. It is a pathway to health, confidence, and uninterrupted education. It means fewer missed school days, reduced stigma, and restored dignity for girls and women who have long been excluded by period poverty.

Our commitment does not stop at national standards. STADA Pads is actively working toward ISO certification, aligning our production systems and processes with global benchmarks for quality and safety. This step strengthens our vision of scaling impact while maintaining excellence and accountability.

We also recognize that menstrual health is a community issue. That is why our programs intentionally engage boys and young men, fostering understanding, respect, and shared responsibility in advancing menstrual equity. By breaking silence and challenging harmful norms, we are building a generation that supports dignity for all.

To everyone who has supported this journey, we say thank you. Together, we are transforming lives, challenging stigma, and ending period poverty one pad, one voice, and one community at a time.
